To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Austin Pflugerville TX.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor role involves overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
Shift: 1st 8am – 5pm (Some Saturdays)
What a typical day looks like:
- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
- Management team and personal
- Great supervisory skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
- Client interaction experience
- Strong work ethic while working under pressure
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
- Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of materials experience using (MRP) systems i.e: Orical
- 3+ years in a Manufacturing Supervisory Position
- Experience in equipment operations - preferred
- Fluent in Spanish – preferred
- Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
