To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Master Scheduler, Warehouse Supervisor role involves being in charge of accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures work orders are delivered accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing  goods
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic accurate inventory counts on warehouse.
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.
• Engage actively in the supply chain and production processes to enhance efficiency.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.

• Experience as Warehouse Supervisor & material handling.

• Leadership previous experience.

• Communication skills: CFT meeting attendance.

• Experience in similar position in metal mechanical environment.

• Experience in the use of Agile.

• Microsoft office knowledge

• Experience in BAAN system (SAP).

• Flexible working hours.

• Intermediate english.
