What a typical day looks like:

• Create test proposal according to customer test spec or product spec, and quoting with different scenario considering the factors including cost and reliability, pros and cons of all options. 根据客户测试规格或产品规格制定测试方案，并在考虑成本、可靠性、所有选项的利弊等因素的情况下对不同方案进行报价。
• Take the ownership in design reviews, and make decision for the best solution. 在设计审查中发挥主导作用，并就最佳解决方案做出决定
• Take the ownership of technical leader during the test development process, response for all technical issues from customer for internal team. 在测试开发过程中担任技术负责人，为内部团队解决客户提出的所有技术问题。
• Take ownership on test software programming for test stations. 负责测试站的测试软件编程。
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to the operation of the functional test system. 编写和维护与功能测试系统操作有关的文档。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree and majored in Electric and Electronic Engineering related.本科学历电子或电气工程相关专业。
• Good communication in written and oral English, good English communication with foreign customers is required. 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力，要求与外国客户有良好的英语沟通能力。
• Master at least one of below programming languages: LabVIEW (Preferred) / TestStand C# (Preferred) C++ VB.net Script languages: Python, TCL, Perl etc. 至少掌握以下一种编程语言： LabVIEW（优先）/ TestStand C#（优先） C++ VB.net 脚本语言： Python、TCL、Perl 等。
• Knowledge of how to use NI TestStand. 了解如何使用 NI TestStand。
• Strong knowledge and rich work experience in at least one of below field (minimum 5 years): RF testing including cellular and wireless connectivity technology (WIIF, BT, ZigBee, Z-wave etc), Image analysis in camera/Vision products. Fiber/Optic product testing. 至少在以下一个领域拥有丰富的知识和工作经验（至少 5 年）： 射频测试，包括蜂窝和无线连接技术（WIIF、BT、ZigBee、Z-wave 等）、相机/视频产品的图像分析。光纤/光缆产品测试。

• Capable to create test proposal according to customer test spec or even product spec Experienced to conduct test failure analysis and implement corrective action for production and field failures. 有能力根据客户测试规格甚至产品规格制定测试方案 有经验进行测试故障分析，并对生产和现场故障采取纠正措施
• Knows how to improve manufacturing test efficiency and optimize testing process flow. 了解如何提高生产测试效率，优化测试流程。
