To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an SCM located in Changsha.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, the SCM role involves below job responsibilities.  

What a typical day looks like:

• Price management:  include cost BOM Review with customer by quarterly or monthly ;weekly review UPPV /GPPV status for each part with actions to avoid any PPV lose; CR opportunity.
• E&O management and working with customer for claims & disposition on timely
• AML/AVL management: includes AML/AVL analysis and validation; ECN/PCN actions and EOL component disposition; alternative source supplier proposal, RFQ and follow up internal FA until being ready for system.
• Manage inventories associated with the strategic commodities to avoid additional expense or shortage to the company
• Review NCNR data and working with team to minimize the impact for credit limit.
• Present QBR & share KPI performance achievement and help needed to internal and customer.
•  Regular Reports to customer for AML, PCN, daily OPO, inventory, received data , MOQ, LT, NCNR, market trend etc.
• Regular review with Customer for CTB status

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Preferring 3-5 years or above experience in supply Chain management .
• Good experience on negotiation skill, understand market price, cost structure and price benchmark, good business sense
• Be familiar with supply channel, production planning skill , have the basic concept of ERP system and inco-term.
• Bachelor degree, good writing, speaking and listening skill of English, excellent skill in using office software
• Good in excel and data analysis
• Work under big pressure
