To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to hire Business Systems Analyst - IT who is based out of in Coimbatore location.

Reporting to Manager & the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Execute day-to-day transactions in SAP MM / Ivalua, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification
• Monitored inventory levels, conducted stock analysis, and optimized material flow to meet production demands.
• Implemented procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement issues and improve process efficiency.
• Conducted system testing, user training, and provided ongoing support to enhance user adoption and system utilization.
• Generated reports on procurement metrics, vendor performance, and inventory status to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Ensured compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
• Manages supplier to price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and ensure stock availability
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information and address queries

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Any graduate with Min 3-6Yrs of experience in IT.
• Participate in SAP MM training programs to enhance knowledge and skills
• Stay updated on SAP MM best practices and functionalities
• Collaborate with the SAP MM team to implement best practices
• Provide input on process improvements and efficiency gains within the SAP MM module
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to the SAP MM team
• Perform regular checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
• Generate basic reports and queries in SAP MM to support materials management analysis
• Extract relevant data for reporting purposes and assist in data analysis
• Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (7am-4pm & 2pm-11pm).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
