We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Tab for Quality Engineer position.

Quality Engineer

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation
  • Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability
  • Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data Consolidates and reports quality results
  • Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion
  • Assists with development and implementation of quality audits
  • In charge of developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products
  • Approves product, process and equipment qualifications
  • Provides liaison to various regulatory bodies
  • Participate on MRB meetings

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Basic communication level of English in written / verbal
  • You may have knowledge of: Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D, Flowchart, FMEA, Control Plan
  • Advantage but not must: 6Sigma Green / Black Belt, Lean knowledge, Minitab knowledge
  • Familiar with SMT process
  • Electronic Assembly:  color code, component, schematics
  • Inspection: microscope, measuring tools
  • Office skills: telephones, data entry, office software, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation package
  • Operations and technical skills
  • Working knowledge of functional concepts
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and overview of the entire  process and the ability to train others
