We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Tab for Project Manager position.

Project Manager

What a typical day looks like:

  • Leading and motivating the NPI Project Team in a cross-functional team composition (Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality) and monitoring internal and external resources
  • Acting as the technical lead of the CFT (Customer Focus Team) in internal and customer related Engineering Change Orders
  • Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization
  • Working together with the Program Manager as well as handing over the NPI projects
  • Conducting Project Kick-off Meeting and regular Project Team Meeting (in NPI Phase)
  • From initiation to delivery on time, leading the successful planning, controlling and execution of NPI projects with specific consideration of customer requirements and other internal goals (quality, volume, timelines, cost)
  • Gathering and processing inputs for Quotation of new products/ activities with existing customers
  • Managing the Project/ Program related Engineering Correction Reviews/ Engineering Change Orders
  • Acting as the main contact person for all NPI Project related issues, especially in technical issues, internally as well as externally from project start to phase out

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • University or College degree in a related field (Engineering, Logistics or Economist)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar field, like Project Management, New Product Introduction, Product & Process Improvement, Design and Development
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian & English
  • Strong analytical & decision-making skills
  • Excellent people and process management skills
  • Outstanding customer (external and internal) relationship skills
  • Self-motivated, initiative personality and good team player
  • Willingness to travel if needed
