The Program Management Intern will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Join our Corporate Central Support team at Flex Guadalajara North as an intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global organization. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students in their final semesters who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in real-world business environments

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Supporting project management activities – tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Applying Agile or other project management methodologies
• Drafting procedures, manuals, and work instructions
• Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
• Supporting process improvement initiative

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• Bachelor's degree in business administration international business, or related
• Available to work Monday to Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
• Advanced Knowledge in Excel
• English is a most.
