Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a [Power Electronic Design Engineer] located in [Shanghai Design Center, China].
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for requirement analysis and hardware architecture design, power components selection design, magnetic component analysis and design, and thermal design of EV power supplies (OBC, DCDC) development;
- Responsible for the hardware scheme, power topology architecture (DAB/LLC/PSFB), and interactive logic design of the functional control of EV power supplies (OBC, DCDC), and participate in the detailed design and review of system core modules;
- Responsible for the prototype debugging of EV power supplies (OBC, DCDC) and solving hardware problems encountered during the debugging process;
- Assist the team in tackling technical difficulties in EV power supplies (OBC, DCDC), and solve research and development as well as market quality issues;
- Have a profound understanding of EMC rectification for EV power supplies, familiar with system level EMC problem localization and solutions;
- OBC needs to be independently designed for 800V/400V 3.3-22kW; DCDC needs to be independently designed for 800V/400V DCDC 0.3kW-5kW.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Major in power electronics, mechanical electronics, automation, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above, more than 8 years of experience in power supply work, especially in hardware research and development of uninterruptible vehicle power supplies (OBC, DCDC);
- Proficient in the structure and principles of power supply systems, proficient in power supply calculation and simulation design tools;
- Have a solid foundation in control theory and possess the ability to design and optimize high-power power supply control loops;
- Proficient in the development process of automotive electronic hardware, able to proficiently use simulation software such as Cadence, Saber, PLECS for power supply design;
- Possess experience in key technical positions and key projects related to first-class car power supplies or related enterprises at home and abroad, with mass-produced products and good market performance;
- Good communication, coordination, and driving skills.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
- Design of OBC DCDC magnetic integration 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 will be a plus.
