To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a [Mechanical Process Engineering Leader] located in [Shanghai Jiading 嘉定].

What a typical day looks like:

• Drive Mechanical Process Engineering to be an effective, efficient organization and provide professional engineering support to volume production, New Product Introduction, Transfer Product Introduction in terms of SMA process, Mechanical Process and Manufacturing excellence.
• Develop profound team competence in mechanical technology, and Manufacturing Excellence, support whole organization's operational excellence.
• Manage human resource and competence development according to business requirements.
• Monitor, drive or coach the responsibilities and tasks in the scope of Mechanical Process Engineering.
• Achieve excellence in daily operation-activities, that efficiently leading Mechanical Process Engineering towards vital goals and objectives.
• Actively establish relevant interfaces needed for business execution and deploy necessary and vital interfaces for extended coming business.
• Be an active participant in relevant improvement programs, support and encourage continuous improvements.
• Be actively involved in yield improvement and product quality improvement. Provide support to QCC team.
• Manage processes that are owned by Mechanical Process Engineering.
• Ensure advanced technology & Processes Mechanical Process Engineering area by actively cooperation within relevant consortiums and other sites.   

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree or above in the area of Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics or relevant.
• Experienced and showing a proven track record in Engineering, Manufacturing in Electronics industry.
• Be familiar with SMA & Assembly processes and equipment.
• Deep understanding of all related and advanced manufacturing-technology processes.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six-Sigma is preferred.
• Good Power Module knowledge, products and processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Good communications, interpersonal, and influencing skills skills and leadership.
• Good knowledge and experience in people management.
