Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Assistant - GBS Engineering in Coimbatore, India.
What a typical day looks like:
- Hold up the employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including on boarding, new employee orientation, annual reflection, merit, separation process and exits, etc.
- Assist with the Flex culture and our ways of working and business experiences.
- Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence on global initiatives at the local level.
- Participate in our company's sustainability initiatives and events and help to hold up local sustainability activities.
- Prepare HR and employee information in HR systems, compile employee records and documentation.
- With direct supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals assists to coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
- Functions as liaison between managers, directs, core and contract associates on various issues including communication of policies, practices and procedures related to organization and site operations.
- Assists in implementing group-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Provides clerical hold up to the HR department.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Degree or above in Human Resources or related field with minimum 6 months of experience in HR related field.
- Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
- Knowledge in minimal functional process
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledge on basic functional process.
- Knowledge on advanced functional skills which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or guide other employees.
- Good Communication is must.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
