Reporting to the Equipment Engineering Manager, the Equipment Engineer role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• 参加项目daily meeting（内容包括前一天生产状况，良率等的分析和改善措施）
• 根据每天项目生产计划准备SMT程序和相应的上料清单
• 每天生产良率的控制和改善
• 生产不良品的跟踪分析和改善
• 机器抛料的控制和改善
• ECPH(equipment component per head) 和 LBR（Line Balance Rate）的改善
• 参加项目里QIP meeting/NPI kick off  meeting/ECO meeting
• ECO 执行
• NPI trail run

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 全日制本科学历 机械，电气相关专业
• 2年及以上电子制造行业制程工程或是设备工程相关经验
• 英语读写熟练，听说能力佳的优先考虑。
• 优秀的沟通表达能力
• 逻辑思维清晰，擅于总结发现问题并改善。
