Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a DQE located in Nanshan, Shenzhen.

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop Test Schedule according to Test Plan, complete all tests and write test reports within the specified time in strict accordance with the requirements.
• Build relevant test platform and develop test specification SOP.
• Master problem management, problem tracking, and be able to analyze the defects with relevant metrics.
• Work closely with cross-function teams to drive and execute product qualification and failure analysis.
• Other assistance matters assigned by superior leaders.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, machinery, mechanics or related majors.
• 4 years of experience in reliability testing in large-scale semiconductor companies, including mechanical, environmental, chemical, and power test, with power supply experience is preferred.
• Ability to plan reliability test and analyze test data.
• Clear logical thinking, good communication skills and stress resistance, with English listening, reading and writing skills.
• Proficient in the use of reliability analysis software JMP/Weibull + +.
• Familiar with domestic and international reliability standards.
• Team player and good ability in multi-tasks.
