Job SummaryPrinciple Accountabilities:
- Ensuring the occupants to have a comfortable living environment.
- Ensure zero non-compliance in the hostel area to help keep our employees safe and the living and social spaces are clean and well maintained.
- Through observation and direct identification of opportunities and through employee feedback, create incident reports and follow up on the incident countermeasures and share with the immediate superiors.
- Manages hostel units and ensure compliance to Government regulation and Flex's EICC and CSER regulation.
- Provides advice and counsel to all employees - local and foreign labor regarding personnel practices
- Friendly interaction with the occupants during audits and conversation
- Get close to the occupants to understand if any of employees are facing any issues
- Conduct briefing on the hostel regulation and procedures
- Develops and enhances problem tracking reporting and overall hostel reporting
- Develops and enhances maintenance tracking reporting and analysis on weekly basis
- Manages relocation and other responsibilities related to employees' administration
- Update and upkeep the checklists for all the hostel as required by management
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to HR-Employee Services as and when required.
