To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Business systems Analyst, located in, Tijuana Campus.

Reporting to the Manager IT the Business Systems Analyst

In this role, you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.

What a typical day looks like:

• Determinate required improvements on the systems, managing its proper implementation in order to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze business requirements to generate new IT solutions.
• Support existing IT solutions and tools.
• Create technical documentation to request solution enhancements.
• Cover process documentation related to computer software validation along with the introduction of new IT solutions to business processes.
• Project management; plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
• Generate system documentation according to user requirements
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• English Advanced
• Sufficient experience in manufacturing processes and IT systems administration roles.
• Has awareness of the operational impact to business processes and other functions.
• Prioritization of activities based on business requirements.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Ability to make effective presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
• Health Solutions project involvement
• Flex Computer Software Validation knowledge (usage of Polarion software)
