Reporting to the Finance Manager, the AP Analyst  role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

•          Maintain supplier code & employee code per requirement timely and accuracy.

•          Communicate with site to follow up the real-time dashboard and one touch rate timely and accuracy.

•          Complete 180 days employee code review with 100% accuracy per schedule.

•          Other ad hoc jobs assigned by manager or leader.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

•          Junior or senior student in accounting, financial economy related major, with primary accounting knowledge.

•          With better sense of service

•          Proficient in office software Excel, Word

•          Can read English materials and write email in English, pass CET-4 or above

•          Quick learner, with better communication skill

•          Strong responsibility and team work spirit, could work under big working pressure.
