• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure Required based on unit/specialty
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy Preferred, not required
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course Preferred, not required
• Tech Cert Verification - National Required for certain positions
• State License 1 Verification - Primary Source Verification required
• NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
• NPI Number must be provided and verified
• NIH Stroke Certification required based on unit/specialty
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute Required for ER and Psych
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam Required for certain professions
• Competency Exam Required based on Profession/Specialty

• 11a-11p Tue/Wed and 7p-7a Thursday nights

• **will be required to float across Firsthealth facilities if census is low
