Position Overview:

The Parts Clerk is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the timely availability of parts. Key responsibilities include:

• Stocking and organizing parts
• Conducting price and quality surveys
• Providing counter service to internal teams
• Keeping the parts room clean and organized
• Maintaining accurate records and generating reports as needed
• Ordering special (non-stock) parts for repairs
• Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as necessary

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
• High School Diploma or GED (Technical training preferred)
• Previous experience in a vehicle parts room and inventory management required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Must pass a drug screening
