  • The Sr Program Manager of Transformation Office (TO) is responsible for leading and managing key projects that drive organizational transformation initiatives. This role ensures that transformation projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope, aligning with the organization's strategic goals. The Sr Program Manager of Transformation Office will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, track progress, and address risks to ensure the successful delivery of transformational programs that deliver measurable business value. The Sr Program Manager of Transformation Office will collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of change initiatives, playing a key role in driving the organization's journey toward operational excellence, innovation, and growth.
  • Major Responsibilities
    • The position is responsible for monitoring the progress and overall status of all initiatives led by the Transformation Office (TO).
    • Create content for status updates, SteerCo meetings, and all other touchpoints with FS management.
    • Takes primary ownership for management administrative activities related to the TO's third-party spend.
    • Coordinates quality assurance and standardization of initiative workplans.
    • Uses extensive knowledge of program management, project management skills, change management and clear communication to develop business requirements and understand the key business drivers as they relate to the owned initiatives and broader transformation office.
    • Other responsibilities as required or requested.


    Minimum Education or Certifications Required
    • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
    • Project Management training and designation such as PMP preferred


    Minimum Experience or Skills Required
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience; diverse project or program management experience.
    • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously, and driving results.
    • Experience in management large-scale, complex programs or portfolios, ideally in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
    • Experience working with driver workforce, unionized labor, or trucking/logistics background.
    • Proven track record of management programs end-to-end, from planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery.
    • Ability to work with senior leadership to align program goals with organizational strategy.
    • Management of project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure program objectives are met.
    • Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, including stakeholders across different departments or business units.
    • Strong leadership skills to motivate, guide, and support cross-functional teams toward achieving program goals
    • Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal, presentation).
    • Strong business background in financial, strategic, and organizational analysis.
    • Seen as a team player and is supportive of group decisions and ideas.
    • Written and oral communications skills with the ability to build rapport within the company, field and /or outside vendors.
    • High degree of personal initiative and motivation.
