Job Description
SS&C Eze (Eze) is seeking a Principal Engagement Consultant to join the Client Services team in its Singapore office. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in financial technology or a related discipline and can provide excellent service to our clients in the investment industry. Successful candidates will be highly driven and have an excellent understanding of the asset management business.
As a Principal Engagement Consultant, you will be responsible for key functions including client onboarding and solutions architecting for SS&C Eze Accounting Platforms.
Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Manage several concurrent client facing projects across our global client base
- Effectively communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Architect Solutions through Requirements Gathering across various external stakeholders
- Validate, Correct and Reconcile processed data through various SS&C Eze Accounting platforms
- Engage with R&D teams for process improvement and streamline workflows

- Able to communicate technical details to a range of stakeholders with varying degrees of technical ability
- Able to develop productive relationships with stakeholders both internal and external
- Analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong emphasis on quality, professionalism, and excellence
- Able to work in various shifts as required
Qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years experience in financial or technology setting
- Working knowledge on SQL / Python beneficial
- Advanced Microsoft Excel beneficial
- Prior exposure implementing and onboarding clients, ideally onto similar or equivalent systems
