CVRC is a 24 hour emergency referral center located in beautiful Charleston, SC. We are the ONLY VECCS Level 1 Certified Facility in South Carolina and 1 of 2 in the southeast region of the United States!

The skills needed to be part of our team:
- Schedule any patients needing to be seen by department
- Ensure medical records are obtained from any other veterinarians prior to visit
- Confirm appointments (and relevant instructions for drop off)
- Ensure medical records and x-rays have been received ahead of scheduled appointments
- Ensure treatment plans (estimates) and related paperwork items ready for patient arrival/next day
- Form trusting relationships with pet owners
- Organization
- Strong communication skills with team members
- Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of veterinary or medical/reception experience

Compensation ranges from $18-20/ hour, depending on previous experience and skill set of the applicant. Shifts are typically 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week. Schedules include 1 weekend day and some holidays. We are currently looking for Day Shift 6am - 4pm. Must have customer service experience and references from previous employers.
