• Will position float between units: No
• Is on-call required? Yes If low census/not needed
• Are weekends required? Yes Variable/rotating
• Are block schedules required? No
• What are expected ratios? 1:3
• Special requirements: Level III of IV NICU Experience. Typically, we do minimum 2-4 week periods (could be longer) on a shift before there is a switch to a different shift. So, it could be 2-4 weeks on nights and then transition to days for a while, ect. We would put the traveler where the highest need is (days or nights).
