Join our team as a Prophet 21 Accounting Consultant! You will lead on-site consulting and training for new and existing users, guiding them through the entire implementation cycle to ensure successful go-lives across North America. We're looking for candidates with a strong understanding of wholesale distribution, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses thrive. ***This position requires availability for 50%+ overnight travel throughout North America***

What you will be doing:

• Train new users on Prophet 21 applications on-site and consult on best business practices for distributors
• Listen, assess, and prioritize customer issues, providing recommendations on utilizing Prophet 21 to resolve issues and achieve business goals
• Consult with existing users on-site to enhance software utilization and increase operational efficiencies.
• Develop creative, outside-the-box solutions to meet customer needs
• Build customer relationships, generate leads, and collaborate with the sales team
• Provide weekly internal reports documenting customer engagements and formal reports to customers with improvement recommendations

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years or accounting experience, and/or demonstrated success/knowledge required
• Applicable supply chain or distribution industry experience and/or consulting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

What could set up apart:

• Solid understanding of wholesale distribution, including knowledge of accounting, inventory management, and order processing
• Experience with ERP, CRM, supply chain, or related applications
• Knowledge of Prophet 21 software applications
• Effective teaching, excellent verbal/written communication skills, and strong PC skills
