Principal Product Manager | eCommerce Solutions 
As a Principal Product Manager for eCommerce Solutions at Epicor, you will lead the product strategy and execution for our flagship B2B eCommerce solution, Epicor Commerce. The Product Manager should be a product evangelist, independent thinker, proactive leader, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. This influential leader will liaison with cross functional leaders to deliver a product that prioritizes customer experience, performance, and security. You will be building a differentiated product that meets customer and market expectations, drives business growth for Epicor, and boasts of first-class integrated experience with ERP platforms and products. You will also spearhead innovation with AI and stay abreast of the latest software market trends. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Help Epicor customers create an outstanding customer experience for their own B2B and B2C customer base.
  • Build product roadmap and partner with product development to deliver the same through quality and timely releases
  • Define business strategy, and support go-to-market plans, product launches, and pricing
  • Manage exec communication and ensure visibility for your business and customers
  • Present in industry webinars and events, drive customer engagement initiatives, and represent voices of customers internally
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion while using product metrics to track success
  • Analyze potential partner relationships for specific products and manage current partner relationships

What You Will Likely Bring:

  • Overall 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years in product management
  • 3+ years of SaaS eCommerce experience is mandatory.
  • Prior experience with Adobe Magento is strongly preferred.
  • Additional knowledge in PIM and digital marketing would be a plus, but not necessary
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade-off decisions.
  • Accountable – must embody a strong sense of responsibility for the timely completion of tasks, as well as the responsibility to ensure a shared understanding of shared tasks.
  • Communicative – excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types. Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Assertive – not afraid to be a voice of reason and authority. Willing to hold teams accountable to vision and values.
  • Enthusiastic – must be high-energy and situationally aware. Passionate advocate for delivering value.
  • Transparent – must desire to bring complete transparency to the business and grow business trust.
  • Skilled negotiator who is able to motivate, persuade and build consensus.
  • Stay updated on market and technology trends to drive innovation
  • Customer empathy; process driven, presentation  skills
