Description & Requirements

The Director of Treasury will serve as a strategic partner to the senior management team and represents department interests by interacting with other functional areas of the CFO org, including Accounting, Tax, AP, Credit & Collections, Payroll, Internal Audit and Procurement.

What you will be doing:

  • Improve and maintain financial model and reporting to support short-term and long-term cash flow and free cash flow forecasting needs, working closely with FP&A and Accounting
  • Oversee and manage global cash and liquidity, including forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and AR facility with weekly reporting
  • Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation, and bank reporting
  • Manage funding needs and intercompany cash movements across all legal entities, including intercompany lending, dividends and capital injections
  • Own treasury management system and lead implementation of TMS for cash positioning and cash forecasting
  • Develop a structure to work with Accounting and FP&A to optimize working capital
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships internal and external stakeholders including banks, lenders and other financial service providers
  • Act as an authorized signatory on bank accounts and approver for payments
  • Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities, ensuring best practices are in place and in compliance with the company's internal financial controls
  • Develop and maintain treasury presentation materials and reporting dashboards to track KPI for senior management, including for company's Audit Committee and Board of Directors
  • Oversee the company's debt compliance and reporting process
  • Design, analyze, monitor, and hedge exposures to foreign exchange and interest rate risk
  • Manage corporate insurance policies and renewals
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 Treasury employees to grow and develop treasury functions
  • Build strategic partnership with senior management team by developing innovative strategies for improving business outcomes and drive innovation within the team's daily responsibilities
  • Other special projects and requests as appropriate

What could set you apart:

  • 10+ years progressive treasury/accounting experience
  • 5+ managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Certified Treasury Professional designation a plus
  • Software/Technology company experience preferred
