Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PACU - Ambulatory Surgery

Shift: Days, 9a-9:30p, 12x3, 36hrs per week, call only, every other weekend

Length: 13 weeks

On call: 24 hours of call Saturday and Sunday (30 min response time); No weekday call at this time, but subject to change based on experience/department needs
1-2 holidays per contract, call only

Requirements:

• WA License
• 4 years overall experience - 2 years can be general RN experience, but the 2 most recent years need to be acute care PACU
• Experience with above surgeries, IV skills, experience in pre-op/Phase1/Phase 2
• Pediatric experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• EPIC experience
• Prefer that travelers have experience with critical/ICU level patients

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• First-time traveler accepted
• Float only between pre-op/Phase 1/Phase 2
• Beds: 14 pre/post bays (pre-op and Phase 2 share space); 9 Phase 1 bays. This is a fast paced area with quick turnaround
• Patient Ratios: Pre-op - 1:1-2
