Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift

• Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required
• Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure. Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy
• BLS

No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes – will float to other Medical Surgical unitsOpen to accommodating block schedule? Will try but not guaranteed.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.Pending License accepted: No- must have active IL license to apply.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: MS/Tele, Med/Surg. Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams. Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure. Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin. Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Portable Oxygen tank. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac. Cerner experience required.
