Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, every 3rd weekend and every other holidayLength: 13 weeks
Requirements:

• OH License
• 1 years of ICU and Intermediate experience (also get overflow MST patients)
• Must be able to read and interpret tele
• BLS
• ACLS
• Travel experience preferred

Other Details:

• Ratios are 1:2 ICU, 1:3 Intermediate, 1:4 for Med Surg (first to float to other units)
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
• The traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles

Location Info:This is a mixed acuity unit with 20 beds that generally take ICU and Intermediate but when things are tight in house, we will take some med surg overflow patients. Ratios are 1:2 ICU, 1:3 Intermediate, 1:4 for Med Surg (first to float to other units)
