• Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Psychotherapeutic Management, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring
• Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience Required
• Pyxis experience required
• Required Dosing
• NAPLEX required
• Board Certified
• BCPS
• BLS
• PharmD preferred
• BCCCP preferred
• BCEMP preferred
• Electronic Documentation preferred
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred

Position / Specialty: Pharmacist InpatientShift: D/E - 5x8. The two primary shifts needed for this traveler will be 0700 – 1530 & 1430 – 2300.Years of experience REQ: Minimum 3 years' experience required.First-timers accepted: Yes.Weekend REQ: Will work 8 weekends per contract.Certs REQ: BCPS, BLS, Board Certified, and State License required.Is on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.Open to accommodating block schedule?
