WHAT YOU'LL DO:
A detailed list of job duties for a Client Services Specialist includes (but is not limited to):
• Evaluate potential CRM solutions within EPIC and in the market, or alternatives, and present options to management with recommendations for consideration
• Develop CRM platform, or other client service guideline streamline system that will create efficiencies for the entire cycle of client relationships from new business, onboarding, renewals, contracting, etc.
• Create and manage projects for process improvement to conclusion, then own and manage the processes oversight ongoing
• Assist the Business Development team with content development, promotional material support, conference coordination, etc.
• Create Social Media Visibility Strategy and manage content ongoing
• Assist Director of Client Services with client outreach opportunities and seminar support
• Assist Director of Client Services with client stewardship content creation and conduct stewardship presentations whenever needed
• Develop content with Power BI, or other platforms to create stewardship platform that will be efficient and meaningful
• Maintain a professional and personable connection with clients and coworkers
• Utilize excellent organizational skills to maintain multiple deadlines on many projects at once
• Assist the Director of Client Services with the coordination of stewardship calendar, renewal process, educational webinar creation and execution; web-site maintenance; communication; and, the annual Worker's Compensation Seminar
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Abstract thinking and comparative analysis capabilities
• Significant technical knowledge of how to use data systems for customer service platforms
• Ability to apply critical thinking and prioritize issues
• Excellent Presentation and Reporting Skills
• Client facing and development capabilities
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion and information exchange
• Ability to lead coworkers through problem-solving that creates improved office operations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that directly support strong bonds between JWF and clients
• A functional understanding of the use and operation of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Event planning experience and familiarity with event software is a plus
• Ability to travel in and out of state on a limited basis
• Flexibility to adapt as business needs change and JWF grows
Preferred Credentials & Experience:
• Strongly preferred: Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in account management
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
LOCATION: Must be willing & able to work a hybrid schedule out of the Carmel, IN office
COMPENSATION:
The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
