The Distribution Analyst is responsible for assisting in scheduling product deliveries and ensuring communication lines are open with marketing, customers, carriers and suppliers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist group with scheduling support.
  • Back-up for the Distribution Coordinator and Scheduler roles.
  • Scheduling product deliveries with carriers.
  • Ensure that all monthly contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Communicate with various carriers on the delivery of product.
  • Work with product suppliers to avoid disruptions of service.
  • Assist customers, accounting, and the product administration groups in resolving invoicing and any other issues that may arise.
  • Learn, and engage with, all relevant technological systems in place to provide solutions and historical analysis as required.
  • General assistance for others as needed.


Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience 0-3 years in relevant field.
  • Travel less than 5%
  • Working proficiency / knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate a commonsense approach to problem solving.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels within the organization.
