In support of our programs, ENSCO is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee a diverse set of efforts focused on meeting Facilities as a Service requirements. This position will perform Project Management responsibilities to accomplish multiple facility build-out efforts to include understating program requirements, meet security standards for classified environments to include obtainment of accreditation and circuit, property management and assist with space allocation planning for both contract and government teams.
Duties include:
- Negotiate contracts with building service providers
- Inspect facilities to meet safety regulations and ensure that customer needs are met
- Oversee build-out and relocation efforts
- Correspond with contractors to align with program timelines and building codes
- Coordinate maintenance work with landlord teams
- Monitor lease agreements and ensure that they align with program needs
- Assist Program Managers with assessing program DD254s and develop facility requirements to ensure execution
- Track new closed area accreditation efforts for cleared spaces and ensure on time execution of inspection of accredited areas
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Senior Management Official, Security Team, ISSMs, ISSOs and Office Management
- Maintain Colorado Springs government and contractor property
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of how to establish service level agreements between organizations
- Working knowledge of Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) requirements for classified spaces
- Working knowledge of DoD classified networks and bringing services to a contractor facility
- Prior DoD Special Access Program Access
- Active Top Secret Clearance
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of risk management processes
- Knowledge of contractor management
- Knowledge of vendor agreements
- Knowledge of conference video and IT equipment
- Knowledge of facility requirements to include DoD and Commercial
- Knowledge of concept of operations development
- MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO ACQUIRE A TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
