The Manager of Strategic Insights and Performance Improvement will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the health system and driving continuous improvement in operational performance and patient outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, the Manager collaborates closely with executive leadership, departmental stakeholders, and medical staff to execute strategic planning initiatives and provide project management support to ad hoc high priority strategic and operational initiatives. The Manager will be responsible for gathering data and producing complex analytics and insights to drive decision making.

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

 

Job Essentials: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, performance improvement, or strategy consulting with a proven track record; healthcare experience appreciated but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, can work independently.
  • Passion for improving healthcare delivery.

 

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree; MBA or MPH preferred
