Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst provides support to end users at Englewood Hospital and other remote locations that are part of Englewood Health. In this role, the IT Support Analyst coordinates with teams to implement plans and necessary updates to ensure reliable day-to-day operations of key systems.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Ability to plan, coordinate, initiate, document, troubleshoot, and organize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Position requires the ability to interact with all levels of hospital staff, vendors, consultants, etc.
  • Proficient in all versions of Windows, Microsoft Office, Office 365 or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Android and iOS.
  • Proficient with Desktop Management solution eg, ManageEngine, Ivanti, SCCM.
  • Experience working with Desktop Imaging Solution eg, ManageEngine, Ivanti
  • Experience working with MDM and two factor authentication.
  • Experience working with Asset Management solution eg. AsseExplorer, Ivant, ServiceFocus
  • Experience supporting A/V equipment e.g. Zoom, Shure, Logitech, Polycom, Crestron
  • Explerience working with Zero clients, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
  • Experience working in real-time environment is a must.
  • Must be able to work beyond normal business hours.
  • Motivated, team-oriented, and driven to satisfy the customer base.
  • Zoom knowledge/experience is a PLUS.

 

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
