Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter performs full cycle recruitment activities and implementation of talent acquisition strategies that result in securing top talent for Englewood Health (EH) and Englewood Health Physician Network (EHPN) employed practices. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment of clinical, administrative and IT positions as well as hard to fill roles with longer recruitment cycles. In addition, the ideal candidate will support the engagement of temporary resources via third party partnerships. The role requires a strong ability to ensure a positive candidate experience, collaboration with hiring managers, physician leadership and senior operational leaders; and the development of diverse talent pipelines of qualified candidates. Serving as the subject matter expert for hiring managers, duties include proactive sourcing through effective interviewing, resulting in high quality prescreened applicants; and initiating the onboarding transition. The HR Recruiter will remain engaged with candidates throughout the hiring process, familiarization period and beyond. Qualifications:
- A minimum 1-3 years talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for healthcare technical roles, including Information technology and allied health strongly preferred
- Proven track record for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
- Identify passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics and resources
- Mentor and provide guidance and direction to hiring managers
- Negotiate offers by partnering with the hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
- Participate in weekly recruitment meetings, focused on troubleshooting difficult positions and managing stakeholder issues
- Direct sourcing/cold calling, internet postings, candidate assessment, scheduling interviews, verify references and extend job offers effectively
- Maintains current knowledge of recruiting trends and innovative techniques to maintain a competitive state-of-the-art recruiting practice
- Working knowledge of employment agreement terms and negotiation skills preferred
- Ability to coordinate utilization of temporary staff; monitor and track expenditures within departmental budgets
- Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory requirements pertaining to employer-employee relationships, including EEO, FLSA, Affirmative Action, etc.
- Ability to coordinate and actively participate in on or off-site hiring events thoroughout EH's service area required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skils required
- Ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high attention to detail required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and productivity reporting preferred
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint strongly preferred
