Job Summary:
Working under the general supervision of the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the Executive Director, Philanthropy Operations and the Operations Division as directed by the Executive Director.

Job Essentials:
- Greets visitors and answers phones, appropriately directing calls and inquires in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sort and distributes all mail in the office. Copies and batches all gifts for processing.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, mailing, copying and filling of all acknowledgment letters and pledge reminders.
- Responsible for updating electronic donor recognition boards throughout the hospital.
- Provides back up to the Coordinator, Systems Information, in entering gifts and producing daily reports
- Responsible for updating Raiser's Edge records, including address corrections, donor and prospect record updates and data management.
- Coordinates meeting for the Executive Director and Managers as directed.
- Coordinate special purpose fund reports, disbursement, donor reporting schedules and reconciliation with the Finance Office.
- Perform other duties as required

- High School Graduate or Equivalent
