Job Details
• Option for longer contract through 1/4/25! Will accept a 13-19 week contract (latest end date being 1/4/24)
• Must work 2/3 major winter holidays. One day for Christmas permitted
• Job offers 12hr Nights 7p-7:30a, with 36hrs accepted
• Patient diagnoses include: Respiratory, Sepsis, End of Life, Oncology, and GI conditions
• Unit operates with Omnicell, EPIC, bedside standardized shift report for medication, documentation, and communication
• Unit orientation provided: 36 hours across three days, including a tour, computer modules, and floor training
• Travelers not considered if they have been a former employee at any SolutionHealth facility

Job Requirements
• No first-time travelers
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Float requirement includes various Med/Surg units, ICU, ED, and patient sitting roles

Schedule Information
• Must commit to working 2/3 major winter holidays, and cannot take both 12/24 and 12/25 off
• Shifts are 12hr Nights from 7p to 7:30a
• 36 hour per week schedule accepted, with possible 48hrs if guidelines are followed
• No call requirement mentioned

Unit Specific Information
• Target Ratios: 1:5-6 patients
• Special Equipment: Bladder scanner, Stratus interpreter, Vein Viewer, Rectal probe monitor, Phillips vital signs monitors
• SCRUBS: Any type permitted
• Expectations include helping hands/team nursing approach and potential patient sitting
