  • Aya Candidates: Licensing Assistance will register the traveler for fingerprinting. Please make sure candidate does not change the email address on the registration – we use our email address so we can obtain the results. Results should be released within 24 hours via email to Aya, but if there is a record, these will be sent to the candidate via mail and can take 7-10 business days
  • Subcontractors: Agency is responsible for running and providing results prior to start
  • If there is a hit on the results, we must have a full rap sheet of the incident along with the results – these will be sent via mail to the candidate. The results will be reviewed by the facility to determine how to proceed next
  • Must have results on file PRIOR to start. Facility will not allow candidates to start with results pending
