Job Purpose
As an IT Help Desk I, you will oversee all technical, functional and application guidance and support. Ensures all users receive services to include troubleshooting hardware and software issues; installation and support of OS (Operating Systems) and supports OS; applications for PCs, laptops and all mobile devices. Ensures proper and timely set-up and configuration of all new machines as needed.

- Responsible for set-up of all technological and audio-visual needs for the company such as events, Board and/or staff meetings, interviews, training and/or webinars. Facilitates timely preparation prior to events and continuous support during and thereafter.
- Provides technical support for the various websites.
- Responsible for print server management and administration.
- Manages SharePoint intranet. Meets with clients and provides customization to individual SharePoint sites for business purposes.
- Serves as the SharePoint Content manager for the company. Provides technical support and troubleshoots issues as they arise.
- Facilitates efficient installation, configuration, upgrade and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- CompTIA A+ Certification Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field and two (2) years of experience in the field; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
- Strong technical
- Must be able to transport self to various facility sites as If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance that meets the minimum standards of the State.
- Experience with complex systems and/or in an educational environment preferred; mastery in Student Information System (SIS) and other software used in the

- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:15pm.
