East Tennessee Ear, Nose, Throat, Allergy, and Head & Neck Specialist has serviced East Tennessee for 50 years. With the pending retirement of a senior partner, we are seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our single-specialty group.

About This Opportunity:
- Join four full-time, board-certified General Otolaryngologist (anticipated replacement for retiring senior partner), one NP and five full-time audiologist.
- Thriving practice with established referral pattern means immediate productive schedule
- Interest/experience in otology, facial plastics, or sleep medicine is a plus
- Anticipated ER Call Coverage 1:4 for one hospital, with no facial trauma
- Adult and pediatric referrals
- Ancillary services includes: in-office surgery suite, allergy, in-office CT scanner, balance center, and hearing aids.
- In-house Allergy Department offers SCIT and SLIT
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines guaranteed for the first year
- Productivity bonus
- Earning potential of $400,000-$800,000
