That's Nice, But What's the Job?

As Operations Support Coordinator you will partner with our retail operations teams across the nation and perform testing and monitoring to determine potential compliance risks and process improvements for our retail locations. You will also complete research on operations-related processes, internal procedure changes, and any other items deemed necessary. Bottom line, this role will help make our company even better!

Our Operations Support Coordinators are responsible for collaborating with DriveTime Dealerships and other internal departments (i.e. legal, compliance, finance, accounting, retail, etc.) to ensure all processes are being completed to the full extent of the expectations. A high level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must as our Operations Support Coordinators handle multiple different tasks every day which require them to jump from one to another with ease.

  • Provide support to retail stores with any operations related questions
  • Plan and perform process reviews
  • Test or monitor dealership related operations
  • Problem solve process concerns with retail leadership
  • Develop and manage documentation using multiple tools, including Microsoft Office, Sigma, Tableau, etc.
  • Analyze and/or create reporting to determine support opportunities

The Specifics.

  • Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Sigma, and Tableau
  • Ability to think outside the box to complete the expectations of the role, while looking for ways to make the department more efficient
  • Attention to detail and follow through is essential
  • Team player; ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be adaptable, show initiative and embrace special projects
  • Willingness to cross train and partner with leadership on professional development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that fulfils the requirements of the position will be considered
