Under limited supervision, this role provides administrative support to recruiters, HR Generalists and Sr. HRDs. Primary responsibilities are scheduling interviews, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and overseeing immigration process. Ensures that confidentiality is maintained when handling sensitive information.

Job Details:
  • Provides overall administrative support and scheduling. Designs interview agendas, coordinates all travel for candidates and ensures proper process is being followed.
  • Supports onsite interviews for all external candidates interviewing at SSC.
  • Maintains tracker with real time up to date and accurate data.
  • Provides administrative support for SSC HR & Executive recruiting, maintaining personal files for officers.
  • Supports Sponsorship program through maintaining public files, posting LCAs, and assisting with PERM recruitment. Tracks all data regarding employee status and sponsorship process status. Maintains policy adherence records.
  • Assists with ad-hoc projects for SSC HR, Corporate & Executive Recruiting
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills.
  • High-quality attention to detail; ability to leverage resources through ambiguity.
  • Ability to interact with company officers in a professional, confidential, and appropriate manner.
  • Clear understanding of data, relationships and systems plus a high-level proficiency with Microsoft office applications.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Two to three years experience working in an coordinator role preferred.
