Job Details:GENERAL SUMMARY:
Tracks employee job performance (productivity and quality) and assists with any clerical function as needed.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares monthly Distribution Productivity/Quality Reports.
- Meets and maintains safety, quality and productivity standards.
- Prepares daily production reports to track employee performance.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Intermediate level computer skills; ability to use Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
- One year experience using Microsoft Office software preferred.
- Experience in automated retail distribution center preferred.
- Familiarity with distribution systems.
WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with distribution systems.
- Exposure to changing climatic conditions and extreme heat and cold.
- Sitting or standing for long periods of time; walking long distances.
- Bending, stooping, squatting, or kneeling on a repetitive basis.
- Fast-paced environment.

Display Pay Rate: New Hire Starting Pay Rate: $20.00* : *Eligible for a $0.70/hour shift differential if assigned to weekend shift, and a $1.00/hour shift differential if assigned to second shift.Apply on company website
