General Summary:
Administratively supports the Field Human Resources function to ensure coordination of events, reporting, and special projects to align with key business goals. Gathers and compiles required reports used to identify potential trends on recruiting, development, and recognition efforts to include monthly reporting to support field assignments and field openings. Acts as support center for field HR partners in addition to supporting the Sr. Project Manager with special events, project planning and recognition initiatives.
Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with training team and assist with District Manager travel and training class enrollments.
- Keep accurate records and manage invoices, receipts and spending in coupa/concur to submit for payment monthly.
- Review and approve monthly advertisement invoicing and resolve billing issues with Accounts Payable.
- Prepare correspondence as required.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned including coordinating/scheduling in person and virtual meetings.
- Compile Field Changes forms weekly ensuring accuracy of submissions.
- Publish SWNM reporting and recap weekly.
- Compile quarterly awards and recognition reports.
- Sustain and enhance partnerships with vendors.
- Support the Sr. Project Manager as needed to execute business priorities and special projects.
- Stay informed on current Field HR and company programs in order to assist HR partners.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to understand vendor software and utilize it correctly and effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office. Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, business partners, and leadership.
- Ability to organize and communicate information in a timely manner. Ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of the field recruiting and field training process.
Work Experience &/or Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. Some additional college work is preferred.
Three to four years of progressive clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a Human Resources Department.
