Responsibilities:
Provides skilled Physical Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes under the direction from the Registered Physical Therapist.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years for Physical Therapy.
- Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have current CPR certification
