**Position Details:**
Part-time weekend shifts: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM (Saturday and Sunday)
Opportunity to pick up an additional shift for full-time work
Competitive pay: $37 - $40/hr
Excellent mileage reimbursement
**Position Summary:** As an RN, you will provide essential nursing services and education to patients and their families in homes or long-term care facilities. You will coordinate care plans with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs and ensure professional service delivery. You may also oversee NAs, LPNs, volunteers, and others.
**Qualifications:**
Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)
Active, unrestricted compact (multistate) RN license
Driver's license required
Current CPR certification (CHPN preferred)
Minimum 1 year of related experience (hospice, palliative care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, oncology, home health care, medical surgical)
Experience with direct care of patients with life-limiting illnesses
Computer proficiency
