Universal Worker (Assisted Living) - Main Street Manor Independent & Assisted Living (Swea City, IA) - 1st Shift / 2nd Shift, Part-Time / Variable (PRN)

Summary

Under the supervision of the Assisted Living Manager:

Assists with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans

Assists in maintaining a safe and clean environment

If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual may provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services (DON) and/or Charge Nurse

Qualifications / Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual must have completed a 75-hour nursing assistant class, successfully passed the competency evaluation, and be eligible on the nurse aide registry

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-Time, Variable (PRN)

Offsite Location: Main Street Manor Independent & Assisted Living (Swea City, IA)

Shift: 1st Shift / 2nd Shift, Flexible Scheduling

Wage Range*: $14.00/hr-$22.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years

2 nd /Evening Shift Differential: $3.00/hr

Weekend Differential: $0.50/hr

Additional pay if credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $3.00/hr
