Hourly rate is $15.00/hr taxable

The duration of this assignment is 13 weeks

2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Every other weekend is required

Travel Rehab LTC LPNs may receive benefits such as housing stipends, travel allowances, and competitive compensation packages

This is a travel position that may require relocation and flexibility in the work schedule

**Qualifications:**

Associate's degree

Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required

At least 2 years of experience

Experience with EMR: PointClick Care

**Pay Breakdown:**

$15.00/hr. taxable

Up to $413/week M&I

Up to $749/week Housing

Up to $500 travel stipend

Up to $200 compliance reimbursement

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
