**Department:** Nursing - Surgical Services/OR Tech / Surgical Tech

**Position Type:** Full-Time - Travel - Must live at least 70 miles away

**Pay Details:** Pay rate includes Per Diem/Lodging

**Shift:** Various Shifts Available (Day, Evening, Night)

**Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assess and monitor patient health status

Develop and implement nursing care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications:**

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Certification in specialty area preferred but not required (e. g., CCRN for ICU, CEN for ER, etc.)

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in chosen subspecialty

BLS/ACLS certification as required by subspecialty

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
