Description
Must have experience specifically within surgery.
This will be an authorizations role. They will be working on inpatient authorizations post charge. Finding insurance after the fact/ procedure is over. Speaking with patients and also helping with unbilled edits. They will have some phone work, it really just depends on the day. Some days they may be on the phone the whole day, some days they may only be on it a little bit. Navigating various systems and communicating with payers.
